What I had to eat?

Breakfast: Maple Brown Sugar Oatmeal, Egg and Orange

Lunch:Creamy Caesar Salad Dressing with Diced Chicken

Snack:Slept durning snack(went to the Drs and he gave me meds for my coughing)

Dinner:Italian Herb Flatbread Pizza and Salad

Dessert:Strawberry Shortcake Bar

What I had to drink?

Water

Diet Root Beer

What's the big freaking deal???

The E-Trade add used the name "Lindsay" and Miss Lohan is suing them and wants it off the air.

"Many celebrities are known by one name only, and E-Trade is using that knowledge to profit," Lohan's lawyer, Stephanie Ovadia, said in a statement to the New York Post. "They're using her name as a parody of her life. Why didn't they use the name Susan? This is a subliminal message. Everybody's talking about it and saying it's Lindsay Lohan."

What do y'all make of this? I am not really a big fan of Lindsay Lohan.

'Show and Tell Tuesday(My Grandma's Grilling Veggies)

This is my 1st time to do this...........join the fun over at Toddler Awsome

Here are the Guide Lines

I had these for the 1st time last Summer and they were delish. So good.

NOTE:

You can use any veggies you want

Bottom Layer:

Red Potatoes

Lightly salt them with seas salt and Tony Chachere's

Second Layer:

Baby Carrots

*REPEAT THE NEXT STEP FROM UP TOP*


Top Layer:

Fresh okra (cut off top)

*REPEAT THE NEXT STEP FROM UP TOP*

3 or 4 springs of rosemary

(Take off stem and sprinkle over top)

Pesto-
Chop in Blender:
Basil

Oregano

Rosemary

Cilantro

When chopped is fine, take top off blender and add 1\2 cup of olive oil and 1 tablespoon granulated garlic and blend together. Then put in zip lock bag and put it in the fridge or you can freeze it and break off pieces as you need it.

Sprinkle some on over the veggies and pour olive oil on top. Fold all of this in 2 piece of foil- put on the grill

This has to cook for at least an hour or more. Put it away from the flame

Test the potatoes and carrots with a fork to see if they are done before taking them off the grill

I am back on my diet today\tonight.......yay. I am feeling much much better, but I do have the cough still and loosing my voice =(

What I had to eat?

Breakfast:Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal, Egg and Orange

Lunch: Chicken Noddle Soup and Tuna subway sandwich, with light mayo, spinach, Swiss cheese, tomatos and onions

Snack: Cottage Cheese and Peaches

Dinner:Rotini with Meatballs and Tomato Sauce, Salad with Ranch and corn

Dessert:Peppermint Patty Cookie

What I had to drink?

Soy Milk

Water

Diet Root Beer

No I am not getting married(dont even have a  boyfriend)
No I am not preggers  =(

This is the date that I am scheduled to take my GED Tests online. I picked out the date and marked it down.  This means less slacking and less doing a few pages a day\week and more working hard (chapter a day)  =)

Grandma's Surprise Celebration

Last night(Wednesday) we went to a wonderful party for my wonderful\amazing Grandma. She retired from being President of a Mardi Gras Krewe and she is going to a float to have some FUN. It was also her Birthday, it was a wonderful night!!!!! I was still under the weather, but there was NO way I would have missed this night.

The trick to get her to come was, she thought she was having dinner with 2 other couple at one couple's house, little did she know, there was a party for her....SUPRISE

Happy Birthday Grandma King

Today would have been my other Grandma's birthday. We miss her very much and love her. I know she is watching us down from Heaven!!!! She was a great daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandma.

Wishful Wednesday(Winter Olympics)

 I could have gone to the 2010 Winter Olympics to see one event, and it would have been the

Team USA Hockey

Even though they lost, I am very very proud of them and I LOVE Hockey even more! We had a minor league team where I live, but they got rid of them in 2003 and they moved to Victoria, British Columbia. We use to go to every game. It was fun. Watching Hockey on TV is fun too. Go Hockey =)
